LGBTQ+ 101: Cultural Competency

This course will provide its participants with an overview of terms and definitions for shared language and a foundational knowledge base for working with this population. An in-depth view on the impact of rejection and discrimination on the social determinants of health as evidenced by current statistics will increase awareness of sensitive needs.
