Learning Outcomes: At the end of this presentation, the learner will be able to: List ways to maintain professionalism in the workplace. Describe cultural competence in the workplace. Identify strategies to combat barriers that threaten successful leadership. Identify qualities of an efficient leader. List challenges to utilizing technology in professional practice. Identify ways to effectively utilize technology in professional practices. Design concepts to adopt efficiency in maintaining professionalism in electronic communication.
