This course will describe and demonstrate the safe and proper methods to mix essential oils.

Learning Outcomes

After completing this activity, the participant will be able to:

  • discuss the basics of essential oil purity and safety in using essential oils.
  • verbalize the difference between individual and pre-made blends of essential oils and when each is used.
  • list methods of how to make larger quantity blends, including calculations of amounts for ingredients and what materials are necessary to do so, as well as resources for materials.
